Sprinter needs advise
Ive been lurking on this forum for some time and learnt plenty from you and the articles posted, enough to know i'm ready to try my 1st cycle. The question I have is whats best?
I'm 34, been sprinting for 13 years, including weight training for the last 10 and tried a whole range of supplements in this time, creatine and whey protein being my main two.
Now I have stoppped getting any natural gains and it would be nice to go out in style before fading the track out and concentrating more on the gym.
From what i've picked up, sprinting aside, I would have opted for keeping it simple with just a 10-12 week test e cylce and moved on from there. As a sprinter though, is there anything that would suit me better?
Power to weight ratio is key for speed so if possible, I could do with keeping the bulking to a minimum.
I also need to consider that I only do heavy training for part of the year so only have chance to do 1 cycle per year. I need to get it right.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
