Squat form check please
Broke my ankle in January (left). Still recovering in terms of flexibility. Compared to two months ago its like night and day, but I still need to raise my heels to hit depth.
Today I noticed my right knee was going further forward than my left. As a result I felt a slight right sided dominance. Am I right?
I had some great tips off here before the ankle, and i like to thing my squatting tech has vastly improved due to this. https://vimeo.com/110657602
