Squats..

Righty ho.. Tomorrow I get to do squats properly in my routine. Now my gym doeswn't have a squat rack. So shall I do it with the Smith Machine, or should I still go ahead and do it with free weights? Advice would be much appreciated! Cheers

    Free weights should always be your primary option, and if regular squats are a problem then front squat instead. If you have to use a smith then front squatting would be wiser over back squatting IMO as neither is really great but front is less obstructive....IMO
