Start SD/Epi now or get back into better shape first?

Gents,

for 1 reason or another I've let my training slip a little recently. Now I'm back into my training, sorted my diet out and am thinking about starting SD, Epi or both within a couple of weeks or so as I bought them last year but haven't had a chance to use them yet? My body seems to be changing quite quickly ATM, what with muscle memory etc.

What do you think? Give it a bit longer to get back to a better condition first or just go for it?

BTW, even now I'm not in bad shape and still managed sets of 8 on wide chins whereas was doing +10 or +15kgs before, 80kg * 8 incline bench (1st time I've tried them in months and very bad for me could have maybe got 1 set of 8 at 85 if I tried), whereas I was getting 95-100kgs for 8 a short time back, for example. These were all at a bodyweight of about 92kgs with no pro hormones/designer steroids, maybe just a test booster.  Bodyweight is now below 90kgs, but seem to have got fatter...:( BTW this will be my first DS course but did some AAS in my early twenties, now 35.

Cheers

Wait for current progression to come to a halt, then use it/them

It didn't want to hear that, getting a bit impatient but of course you are right. My body is reacting very quickly to getting back down the gym and sorting my diet. I'm sure it will be no time before I'm ready.

    Cheers
