Starter Guide to Supplements

Hi,

As some of you may know, I am a beginner to this sport and my general aim to to lose weight and body fat while gaining muscles. While exercise and a good diet is most important, using the correct supplements can help you get there so much faster.

I found this guide while researching and thought I should share it with you. I have found it relevant and helpful and I hope this can save other newbies like me some time.

You will need to sign up (name, email) but its very easy and the info is worth it.
