List your startups requirements and I'm sure we can all chip in and help.

Business plan just needs to be basic - finance side is most important.

Have a good think about cash flow too. That's the killer. You can end up spending all your investment money and if you are left with a long wait to get your money from people you have supplied, it can kill your business.

However much money you think you need. Safely double it as you will have issues on cash flow.

As much as its hard not to worry about the financing you do kind of just have to jump in and do it. I currently have £100k of outstanding invoices and if they are not paid end of Feb I will fold as a business or at least 1 out of the 4 invoices. Anyways the point is has I known this was going to happen it probably would have put me off doing it but still its a risk you have to take imo.

    Good luck with it.
