Staying Full Looking during Carb Cycle?!

Hi Guys
 
Started Carb Cycling 3 weeks ago, going really well. Down 6lbs and bf% is dropping from progress pics taken. Only problem is I am looking extremely flat. Macros are ..
 
High 210 c / 60 f / 250 p
Med 120 c / 80 f / 250 p
Low 60 c / 100 f / 250 p
 
Two high days per week, two low and three medium days. Even after my high carb days I can't really see any fullness return to my muscles. Any suggestions? Refeed days? How many carbs to take in? Will it affect the fat loss?

    If you're bothered about fullness then consider dropping your proteins and increasing your carbs. If you're still bothered about looking full, then consider slowing down your weight loss, i.e. aim to lose 0.5-1lb a week instead of 2 by increasing your calories/carbs.

    haha cheers guys. I know 210 high carb day is low.. :| I've tried lots of differnent variations of dieting down but low carbs higher fats and protein seems to work better for me but then staying full looking is difficult i suppose.
     
    If I include a refeed day where carbs shoot up, what would you suggest and how often? I am doing a practice cut for a show next year just seeing how my body responds.

    Just have a high day once per week 500g or so, or at least 400 and see how you go.

    If you're loosing fat because you're in a calorie deficit on low carbs you can't really expect full looking muscles.
    Be happy with the fat loss while cutting. I don't count cals and rather try to listen to my body and how I feel but 210 sounds like one of my low carbs days lol

    Okay thanks guys. Really appreciate the input!! Guess my Sundays just got a whole lot better :P can't wait for this refeed now. I feel like I need it too tbh.
