Steak sandwich

Hi All

A quick question: I was hoping to George Foreman some stirloin steak and keep overnight in the fridge, slap on a sandwich and away i go in the morning, i take it since the steak has already been cooked and left overnight in the fridge that it would be okay to eat cold the next day?? After my food poisoning yesterday i dont want to take any chances!

yeah it will be OK for several days in the fridge. Personally I'd grill the steak at a real high heat, I dont like the way a george cooks steaks taste wise.

Its okay to eat cold the following day tho?

I've got a great marinade for steak..... chop half an onion, mix 1sp of dijon mustard and 4tbs vinegar. Place all ingredients + steak in an airtight container for 2-3 hrs Its best to stab the steak with a fork several times before placing in the container that way it'll soak up the marinade

That's what he just said, cooked meat is fine for a few days in the fridge, just keep it sealed tight.
