Thanks Ice, when you starting your cycle??

30 mins unfuelled cardio on stationery bike

    Chest
    Bench
    8x80kg
    8x90kg
    3x100kg
    3x100kg assisted
    3x100kg assisted

    Incline Smith Machine
    8x55kg
    8x55kg
    8x55kg
    8x55kg

    DB Flies
    6x30kg
    6x30kg   EACH HAND
    6x30kg

    Fly Machine
    10x pin13
    10x pin 12
    10x pin 11

I have done 8 reps of 100kg on the bench before so to get 3 today is frustrating but in my defense I only have a weeks training under my belt because the previous 2 weeks to that I was in Greece, doing no training, eating 1-2 meals a day and drinking most nights. I'll be hoping to hit close to 8 reps again in my last week on cycle.

Overall decent workout, weights+reps WILL improve.

    My diet was as follows:

    11.45 4 weetabix
              1 boiled egg
              40g whey

    13.45 Post W/O shake 40g whey, 20g glucose

14.30 160g tuna mixed with salad cream, sweetcorn, onion and grated cheese. Green tea.

    17.15 3g fish oil

17.30 7 medium sized scrambled eggs on 4 slices of granary toast. Green tea

21.00 Slice of home made brown bread with a slice of ham.

There's not a whole lot of food there now as i look at it, but I wasnt left hungry.

Yeah we went to a little island called Ios, about 16 of us in total, the women are unreal looking there, mainly Aussie's, Scandinavians and locals. Hardly any Irish and no English there. 2 weeks is enough there because the place is so small, beautiful scenary and lovely beaches, would suit anyone 18-30

deep squats are awesome, totally different ball game compared with guys at most gyms that rep 135 lbs for 3/4 reps lol.. what kind of leg press are you using? a sled or a swing type thing?

Thanks Shyne, the morning cardio gives me a chance to catch up on tv shows as I pedal away in front of  the tv with a boxset on, currently on season 3 of Lost!!

I must increase the time from 30 to 35 minutes this week.

35 mins unfuelled cardio on stationery bike

    Chest
    Bench
    8x60kg
    8x80kg
    4x100kg
    2x105kg
    1x110kg

Incline Smith Machine (not including the weight of the bar)
    8x55kg
    8x60kg
    8x65kg

    DB Flies
    8x30kg
    8x30kg
    8x30kg

    Fly Machine
    10xpin13
    10xpin13
    10xpin13

Decent workout here, i got an extra rep from 100kg compared to last week. Looking back now, maybe i didnt do enough reps/sets.

I was happy with the incline bench too compared too last week, i feel i can start at 60kg next week and finish at 70kg.

DB Flies, i only did 3x6@30 last week so to get an extra 2 reps on each set was pleasing. I'll aim to lift 32.5kg each arm next week.
