Nice bit of axle work mate, looks like that one is in the bag on the day. Have they stated a start height? I have more problems with a high axle than a low one.

Can you rig up a landmine? When I injured my knee a few years back landmine squats were the only ones I could do. You're limited on load but they're not a bad option.

Actually I didn't think about the starting height I think as long as I aim for a belly clean instead of trying to clean it straight up in one motion I should be ok.

Iv been doing body weight squats, body weight step ups and lunges a long with loads of mobility and hitting that devil foam roller which has been helping

It was a problem for me but I always preferred a power clean to a belly clean.  It's a factor but from what I remember it won't be a problem for you.

Sound like you're sorted then.  I'm a big fan of walking lunges (providing they don't cause you pain), I think the good old unweighted version is highly underrated.

Unfortunately not mate I don’t tend to video in the gym I’m limited for time as I have to pick my son up so I just get it smashed out with minimal rest.
