Ah mate I meant that it didn't look like you had much in the way of volume, but that recent sesh you posted has set me straight LOL.

Damn  mate, that's a bold move, I commend you for it.  You're making good progress and with a goal to aim for it should help a lot.  I have to admit, when I looked at the vents I was tempted.

lol that was me being thick there no reading it properly.  The sessions were short because the boxing was kicking my ass and I was struggling to recover but now that's down to 1 session a week im hoping to up the volume.

The next 5 weeks will focus a lot on squatting and overhead pressing iv got to get used to having weight on my back again.  Then after the 5 weeks ill be adding in event training. 
 
The only event I cant try is Keg toss all the gyms near me don't have this and I don't have the space or the kegs at mine so hopefully just going to focus on some explosive work for that.

Press is always a slow improver for me too. I wouldn't expect much progress in the exercises following OHP though, obviously tris and shoulders will be heavily fatigued.

My knee is holding up really well surprisingly lol on the flip side my bicep/shoulder can be a little tender every now and then.  I think that's down to the frequency of my pressing ill be dropping that back down to twice a week.

Yeah its one of those lifts that technique has sort of saved me a few times I tend to double dip on things like log press and axle.
