Stiff Leg Deadlifts

Where exactly should I feel these? I never really feel any muscle when I am doing them, should I change something?

you should be using yourham, calves, overall back, arms, pretty much almost everything so that when your SLDL heavy your pretty much going to feel them almost everywhere but mainly ham and lower back

If you "feel" much in your arms you could be doing them wrong. It's very important not to bend your arms when doing SLDLs; if you keep them straight they shouldn't be doing much of the work.
