...or round your back. The Ball (or Bell?) State site has a better video, but I can't find it now!

stiff leg deads are usually used to tax the hams...not lower back...and u shouldnt curve ur back

if u cant see the vid then check the other links in the training correctly forum..its the third sticky...

*blush* lol guess girls with so much knowledge are presumed to be guys, seeing as to how it is male nature to deem the male sex as superior.
Ah yes another question... is it ok to increase weight, even if a bit of form goes out of context?
My conscious is tellin me NO, but my muscles are tellin me YES :\

haha my thinking exactly. I dont think i need to do much of a heavy weight on stiff leg deadlifts anyway right?
currently im working with 180lb for bench, 160 for squat, and 155 for regular deadlifts. so im concentrating on gettin the squats and deadlifts up first

try to go as heavy as u can without sacrificing good form...u want to build ur hams, dont u...so dont slack on the SLDL...if those lifts go up (squats and deads) then the others will follow....seems a little awkward if ur squats are up really far up and then ur SLDL are slacking behind, mite look weird on ur body too..........in other words concentrate on getting all ur lifts up....if u keep one lift behind the others mite suffer
