Stiffies.

Does anyone have a 'good form' video of Stiff Leg Deads? The Video of that black and white man doing exercises is crap for form IMO.

    What if you have very unflexable hams? Do you just go as far as you can w/o rounding you lower back?

    Title of this thread is horrible

    SBD...yep pretty much I would say. You'd eventually gain some flexability though as you get used to doing them. Do you warm? Stretch? Can probably help somewhat.

    SBD: I had very poor flexibility in my hams before i included SLDL's in my routine, they did wonders for my flexibility. I stretched my hams after every SLDL set until my flexibility was up to par. It only took me a few weeks.

    if you have poor flexibility in the hams something like Glute Ham Raises as an alternative to SLDL may be beneficial.

    Worth a try.
