Still need to do cardio?
Hi, i am currently cutting after quite a long bulking period. Im 19 years old, weigh 11 stone, am 5ft 7ish and can see my top 6 abs, but there is a small bit of fat stoping them from being really defined, and showing the bottom 2. Recently my bodyfat has seemed to have stopped going down as quickly. Was wondering whether it was due to cardio.
my diet is the following, wiht plenty of water, i dont eat any snacks at all. My only problem is i drink quite a lot, usauly JD and coke or southern comfort and coke a few nites a week, but am cutting it down to one nite a week.
8am: Bowl of porridge with chopped banana
11am: 200g of chopped lean chicken + apple
1pm: 200g of chopped lean chicken + bowl of pasta/cos cos salad + muller light yoghurt
3pm: 200g of chopped lean chicken + muller light yoghurt + apple / banana
7pm: Pasta + pasta sauce + vegtables + chicken
10pm: Crackers + creamed cheese
I work from 10am till 7pm in a supermarket, and spend the whole day walking about at a quick pace. After work i walk the dog at a quicker pace for an hour every day. I do weights every other day, usually at 9pm-ish, but whenever i can really. I am too tired to go running after work, and if i did i wouldn't be able to work hard enuf in the morning. Do i need to get more cardio? or wud this be sufficient?
