    ok then here goes

Tikka sauces made with fat free fromage frais and Tikki Powder (same can be done with madras, korma or even thai)
    Hot Pepper sauces like encona
Mild american mustard or english or french mustard
Honey & Cinnamon glaze, 1tsp honey with 1/2 tsp mixed with cinnamon goes great with salmon ive found
Coriander and Lime marinade, again great with fish
crushed mixed peppercorns to go on a steak
    ketchup
hellmans extra light 5% fat mayo
caesar style salad dressing (very very low cal they do it in ASDA)
teriyaki sauce made with 1 tsp honey 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tsp fresh chopped ginger

    Hope this helps mate
