Straight Arm Pullovers

I read an article the other day about straight arm pullovers and how they can expand the size of your ribcage and therefore your chest.

It also stated that if you werent doing excersizes like this from the beginning it would be hard to expand your ribcase later on.

However it should be possible by doing 5 sets of 15 reps light weight.
Before every workout.

Now my question is: Isnt it bad for the other muscles that are also trained with this excercize? They will be put to work 5 or 6 days a week. This seems to be too much even if the emphasize isnt on these muscles.

Please let me know

Best regards

try doing these pullovers in between your heavy sets of squats and deadlifts.. 1 set bout 12-15 reps.

I think a post came up about expanding the rib cage earlier this year, can't exactly remember, but i know i read something about it earlier. If I remember correctly I believe they said expanding the rib cage is bull, but Im not exactly sure. you might want to search for it in the forum or one of the guys that remembers the post can tell you the facts.
