Strange question? Your time for shopping

Hey guys!

Quick question to those interested in good nutrition:

Are there days where you simply don’t have the time to buy the ingredients for your healthy meal? Or do you sometimes have problems in deciding what meals to cook?
If that’s the case: What are you doing then?

Any comments appreciated.
Thanks!

I generally have set meals and prepare everything for a few days at a time. I do my grocery shopping online so spend no more than 10 min getting it done. Kind of boring but I guess I just eat to live and not live to eat.

I prepare daily, but I enjoy it.

Sometimes I get caught out with lack of prep but I man up and get it done regardless.

I normally buy my meat, fish and carbs from Aldi, Veg is always frozen. Sauce usually made up from tins of toms etc.

BBC Food site is a good one for me, but I will usually just think on a morning what I want for tea, quick google search and then pop into tesco at lunch. Helps me to enjoy food and variation so Im not just having meat and veg every day.

Having the ingredients generally isn't a problem unless I have forgotten something on the weekly shop but I usually have alternatives to hand. If I can't decide then I usually go for he omelette option as it's quick and easy to thor together a few 2 egg omelettes with spinach and cheese and then whatever carbs I fancy: bread, scones, potatoes etc

Always well stocked up with food and tend to eat similar meals so rarely don't have things to hand.

Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.
