Strength (and size).. help..
im 20yrs old.. 176cm.. 69-70kg.. about 10% bodyfat..
been working out on and off for a year now..
increased in size and strength but not up to standard..
currently doing 3x8 push,lower,pull.. (wish i knew about this earlier than few months ago)
but anyway.. i got a week holiday comin up..
when i get back i wanna concentrate on strength while still gaining size..
its a BillStarr routine that looks like so..
mon - Squat. Bench, Row
wed - Squat, Incline, Dead
fri - Squat, Bench, Row

Will my strength progress nicely?
With proper diet would i gain a fair amount of muscle?
should i do the "assistance" exercises?
