    It's a herbal supp,
    Hops powder BHP 45mg
    Extract of valerian from 135mg
    Extract of gentian from 90mg

Retain's good, its what I'm currently taking. but I gotta say Lean Xtreme was better.

Lean xtreme is prob the best cortisol 'blocker' supp on the market, judging from the US forums.

Also...you could wait for 3-ad. But chances are that your exams would be finished.

I was thinking of getting some 3-ad to help with the stress of my 1st year uni exams (supposed to be out on 1st june). The rate AX are going i'd have finished my degree by the time 3-ad is released
