Stretching and improving your flexibility

hi, i was wondering if anyone had any tips or exercises which are good for improving your flexibility. 

Also wondering what stretchs everyone does pre and post workout if any at all.

    As you lose flexability every 12 hours it i important to stretch twice a day if you want to maintain it, make sure you are warmed up first though, depending on the sport depends on the stretch, static, ballistic, pnf there is a range of stretches not quite as easy as it sounds!!!
