Stubborn lower ab fat?

I have quite alot of lower stomach fat its the worst fat on my whole body, would weighted lower ab exercises help tighen my abs up as im bulking now lowering my bf% isnt really going to happen.

Any suggestions of exercises specifically targeting lower abs region and any advice appreciated, cheers.

you cant spot reduce, either bulk or cut.

if youre gonna bulk deal with having fuzzy abs for a while

How do you know it's stubborn if you only did a 1 week half-hearted cut?

Dont know just saying that becasue thats where most of my fat is, and i know its going to be the toughest to shift, it might have something to do with genetics casue most my bro fats down there too.

Training your abs won't shift the fat! We all have stubborn bits. How many guys do you actually know where you can see ALL their abs. Train them hard whilst you are bulking, hanging leg raises for lower and various positioning on cable rope crunches will hit various sections but to do this correctly is quite advanced IMO, then when you do 'cut' and you BF comes down you may have something to show. If it was easy we'd all be walking around with a 9 pack! We're lucky sometimes to be able to settle for a party 4!
