Stuck at 11 stone!

Im on a bulk but cant seem to get past 11stone, im about to finish 4weeks pct after 4weeks on phere-bol.

I started at 10 1/2 stone so iv put on 7pounds but cant get past 11 now.

Im eating just over 4500cals which is 300g protein, over 500 carbs and about 100g fat.

My diet is whey powder, oats (every meal) and chicken, im eating fruit and i have 1portion of veg in a weightgain shake.

My waiste is still 32inch and i am more toned but i just dont seem to be gaining weight.

Here it is, can i just say that my reason for having oats in water at every meal is because i struggle to eat but find it easy to drink the oats.

    8:00 30g whey + 100g oats in water + 200ml milk 2xweetabix

    10:00 Train
    11:00 45g whey + 50g glucoze

    13:00 150g chicken + 150g oats
    16:00 150g chicken + 150g oats

19:00 Weight gainer made from 15g whey, 150g oats, 300ml milk, 1portion of veg, 25g milkshake powder. Whith this i take 2fish oil caps and 2GLA caps (omega 6)

22:00 200g cottage cheese with 100g oats and 2fish oil caps and 2GLA caps (omega 6)

And that's your bulking diet? You wanna be 15st? Eat like a 15st person.

Your first meal isn't enough to fuel a training session. The only protein you've had is 25g from 30g whey (approx) and then two hours later your training. You won't have any aminos in your blood which could cause a catabolic environment.

    All IMHO!

    EDIT:
Also bring your 13:00 meal (and subsequent meals) an hour forward (PPWO) so 12:00.

    You're not eating enough dude.

I largely followed this bulking plan for my first bulk, and put on plenty of weight:

Agreed, diet's really poor mate and should be something you should have sorted before juicing.

wouldn't go that far mate, I know the diet aint the best but by looking at it he's getting approx 3,800 cals from it which is a lot for someone who is only 11 stone, that is of course if his oats are weighed raw I'm assuming they are.

however johnnylee if your not gaining weight your gonna have to up your cals and change a few things around.

I know it differs with everyone with genetics/cals burned etc but with a good diet an 11 stone man should be able to put weight on with 3,800 cals, when I was bulking I was consuming approx 3,500 a day at 12 stone.

But totally agree the diet needs addressing pal.

It's a poor diet no doubt, but I can't believe someone who's 11st wouldn't gain something from that. A big exaggeration to say a baby wouldn't bulk on it - if I was eating that when I weighed 11st I'd have ballooned. There's a ton of carbs in there.

Like I said, poor diet. I can't see how your "average" guy at 11st wouldn't gain from it though.

Thanks for the replies, even if some were sarcastic.

Basicaly i struggle to eat, i have poor appetite and bad anxiety wich makes it hard to eat.

Iv read articles on here and i do understand them but because of what iv said about struggling to eat iv made the diet based on what foods i like and what i can get down me, also what are best for protein carbs and fat.

Am i right in thinking im being critiscised for not eating enough or for my actual choice of food?
I thought the food choices were good for protein, carbs and fat.

I was eating every 2hours but was struggling because i still felt full from the previous meal.

I shall recalculate the calories and also add more protein to the breakfast meal and bring the dinner an hour forward.

    Thanks.

I know what you mean, but try just forcing it down for a few weeks. Eventually your body will get used to that intake, and you will start feeling hungry at those times.

I don't think it's your food choices people aren't keen on (although there is a distinct lack of vareity which would make the diet unsustaiable for me anyway), it's more the fact that you aren't eating often enough. Get in another proper meal with some fruit and veg, something completely different to the rest of your meals - maybe some pasta or rice to break the oat monotony!

Totaly agree about variety, i was having pasta but just found it hard to eat the amount i needed so opted for oats in water.

I guess il have to make a few changes then, thanks for the reply mate.
