Stuffed!!!

just getting in to my new bulking diet and after the first couple of shakes and breakie im stuffed for the rest of the day! any tricks to stop this?

    keep going, you will get used to it over time, slowly go into the final diet

    What's your diet like at the moment? ? ?

    Post up meal timings, meal amounts and food choices.

    Afraid not mate. Lots of people find it harder to eat a lot when its hot out (im the opposite tho lol, dont know why).

    You still have to eat even if you feel like puking it all up, just make sure you dont. Remember the force feeding is GOOD, it means you are forcing the nutrients into your body to grow...thats how i look at it. (Providing you are force feeding quality food into yourself and not garbage.)

    yeah ive been sick loads of times from eating too much :D

    within five minutes where im annoyed i then stuff my face again to catch up

    another thought whilst we're on diet...... could u give me an example of the best types of carbs to have after cardio?

    I go for calorie dense food if I'm struggling, so generally higher fat intake, healthy fats of course
