Stupid guy seeks advice
I'm writing out a routine for my girlfriend since she's a regular gym member [we live apart,different gym to me] ,can I just give her exactly the same exercises as I do,perhaps more machine based at 1st? I would of thought chest and legs might be different but was unsure.
Her goals are just to stay slim but get more toned,she's C.V fit and a black belt at tae kwon do but she said she's feeling lost with the weights?

There's no harm in her doing exactly what you do and there's no need for machines (they weren't designed just so women could weight train you know
). Just check her form is ok and get her to use as heavy a weight as she can handle for 10 reps (you know the score
I squat, deadlift and dip etc so don't worry about her doing that.
