Good or bad in relation to what? ? ?

You may get a bit of a pump from the taurine.

they are a diurectic, so it make you loose water..... hense more of a thurst.... to want more.

Try something natural like, berroca high in Vit C, you just put them in water and drink as drink. great hangover cure.

they also keep you awake, it just restoring the bodies lost salts

    hope this helps

1 a day, don't see a problem. Like coffee and tea, caffeine can be good in moderation.

Just drink a bit more water to compensate for diuretic effect. Here you go: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-caffeine-bodybuilding.aspx

No problem at all, it's hardly loaded with caffeine. Anyway, he's drinking the stuff so more than offsets any diuretic effects tbh.

got a bit of a weak spot for this I'm afraid. Maxed out at four cans a day at one point but thankfully, for the sake of my teeth, I've cut down
