Suggestions on intra workout drink

Hello everyone can anyone suggest any good Intra workout amino drinks iv been using mutant amino 9.3 and found that pretty good really tasty but doesn’t hold a pump that long just wondering if anyone knows of any good pump formulas

    amino acids aren't going to give you a pump, that's why it's not keeping it long.

    If you want a pump, there are products out there designed purely for that... They're more often sold as pre-workouts too, not intra.

    Maybe look for products with growth hormone potentiates included.

    You are better off making your own intra workout drink.
     
    Buy the ingredients from bulk powder etc and mix yourself, works out cheaper in the long run and you can have as much or little as you want.
     
    25g Pepto Pro
    30g Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin
    EAA (to bump up the amino acids, BCAA are completely useless so dont use this instead of EAA)
    5g Creatine
    5g Taurine
    Citrulline Malate (Amino Acid used in pre workouts for the 'pump effect')
     
    Buy the flavoured Pepto Pro and flavoured EAA, i get mine from GoNutrition or BulkPowders, mix all this with 1.5 to 2L of water and you are good to go

    What do you need it for? If your doing 1-1.5 hours of weight training you don't need an intraworkout. Save your money and calories
