Summer and weight...

Hi guyz

did a cycle of Deca/Dbol of 8 weeks where I did gain some good results. started from 67kg finished at 74kg. I kept my weight at 72kg for long time, but been away 2 weeks, no training and not a lot a heatlhy food, result went from 72kg to 68kg!!! but still have my muscles!
is it bad? normal? I feel so depressed to get this weight after spending so hard work to gain weight:(

thx!

    Dont worry about it mate

If you have lost muscle get back down the gym and get it back on ya
