Sumo deadlift form check....

Could any of you guys give me some advice on my sumo deadlift form please, I am switching to sumo for a while as my lower back doesn't seem to be able to hack conventional at the minute. I will be strengthening my lower back with higher rep sets of sldl and kettle bell swings. Any pointers will be appreciated 👍

    Looked ok to me, check matt ogus out performing it, he does it really well and gives you a few angles to see he's form, I think his technique is pretty much spot on, but yours looked ok to me

    The only thing is not to drop the weight you are better of lowering it controlled as you back seemed to jar  a bit.

    It didn't feel like it was rounding, although as soon as I watched the video it looked really bad. Thanks for the heads up, sitting into the pull is something I'm going to concentrate on more.
