Sumo deadlift on leg day or back day?
At the moment I do back day like this
something for bicep
Leg day is:
Leg press machine
I'm interested in introducing sumo deadlifts into my routine, should I add them on leg day or back day? Maybe I can drop the leg press? Thoughts?
