Superdrol cycle help - Would appreciate your knowledge/assistance....

This is a bit of a long post, but I really appreciate you guys with more knowledge than me taking the time out to assist.

I am due to start a Superdrol cycle in the coming weeks and wanted to do the usual and run it by you lot before I start. Just want to check everything’s in order to get the maximum out of my cycle.

This is my third cycle, following on from an MD2 cycle and a P-Plex cycle. I gained well on the MD2, but felt the PP cycle was a waste of time. Not sure if that was to do with the CEL PP I used, or not.

The plan is to do a three week cycle, with the usual 20(30) / 30 / 30 dosage. I will also be supplementing with:-

Milk thistle
CoQ10
Red yeast rice
Taurine
Usual vitamins, etc

My stats are:-

Age: 29
Weight: 165lbs @ circa 18% bf
Height: 5’ 11”

I’ve been training for about 6-7 years and for the last 3 months I’ve been cutting down, in which I’ve lost about 13lbs. I’ve gone from 12st 8lbs, to 11st 9lbs. I want to add on some more mass, before trimming down again. I plan to bring my calories back to maintenance over the next couple of weeks, which is about 2700 and then build from there.

I have devised the following meal plan, which I’d like you to critique

Wake - 30g whey in water, 3 high strength fish oils
7:00 - 1 hour morning swim
8:00 - James super smoothie
10:30 - 150g chicken, brown rice, vegetables and an apple
13:00 - As above
16:00 - Tin of tuna, 100g wholemeal pasta, salad, mayo and a banana
18:00 - Train
20:00 - Steak/Oily fish, etc with sweet potato and veg
Bed - James super smoothie, 3 high strength fish oils

After training I’ll have a shake containing 30g whey, 30g dextrose and 30g malto. Should I count that towards my daily calorie intake, as I won’t obviously be having that on a non-training day? i.e. should I have a meal to replace that on non-training days, therefore keeping my calories the same each day?

Daily split equates to (without PWO shake):

Calories: 3900cals
Protein: 295g
Carbs: 355g
Fat: 120g

Training will be a 4 day split, following 5x5 OVT. I gained well on this before, so think its perfect for this cycle.

PCT will consist of the standard Nolva protocol, cissus-drol and probably creatine. I may add in an AI, but will look at this a bit more, is it necessary?

I think that’s everything and really appreciate anyone taking their time out, as I really want to get the maximum out of this.

Cycle and PCT looks good mate. Woulden't bother with another AI during PCT if, your already running the Cissus Drol.

Diet looks ok to me. Might want to cut back on the Cals a bit, at your weight, 3900's a lot, IMO. Depends on if your worried about BodyFat levels, tho. Also, might want to chuck a few carbs in before your Swim, maybe have your soomthie before your Swim then some Whey and dextrose after.

Im used to un-fuelled cardio, so having no carbs before has never affected me really.

I thought the cals may be a bit too high, will tweak it in places and drop it down. I dont want to add too much bodyfat, tho I have to accept that i'll add some....

    Hi Chamber,

I'm starting a SD cycle on Monday. Your cycle looks good mate, although 20/30/30 may be unessecary. From what I've read, most ppl tend to get good results with 20/20/20. maybe run 20mg for first week and if it's working, carry on, if not increase dosage to 30mg ?? just a thought..

no need for another AI if using cissus-drol.  the 6-bromo content from cissus-drol + nolva should be adequate.

The creatine is also a good addition.  The only thing I would look to add (although your PCT would be fine without it's inclusion) is a cortisol antagonist.

cycle looks fine, as do support supps.

I would sacrifice 10-20g of fat for 40-60g more carbs.  SD LOVES carbs.  Carbs also help to keep the experienced lethargy at bay.  Play it by the ear and adjust accordingly

    Good luck

Will you be keeping a log of your progress dude?

I'm due to start mine on Monday, but my red yeast rice and milk thistle haven't turned up as yet! I've got a few milk thistle to keep my going but otherwise will have to start without RYR.

I'm gonna keep a log anyway, I've pretty much got the same supplement stack as you, apart from the Cissus Drol.

Good Luck mate, be interesting to see how we both get on.

Yeah I will do, may just keep this thread updated as its probably a good referencing point. Im gonna start a week Monday I think, that way I can re-introduce carbs and slowly up my calorific intake over the next week.

Good luck with yours dude, i'll drop by and see how ya getting on.

Daari - Thanks for the input man.....
