Supplement Advice

Hi guys, can anyone recommend what supplements will help to complete a lean bulk. Been out of training 3 months and need to start back again. Im now 5"10 and weigh 80kg with a little muscle and also a little fat around mid section. Trying to convert my fat into muscle and start to build more muscle then. Any proteins/creatines/glutamines/weight gainers/ fat strippers you recommend? badly need direct advice! cheers

Convert fat to muscle, not physiologically possible.

Make sure your diet is up to scratch and healthy (no unesscessary fats),  as for supplements my personal suggestion is to get a good inexpensive protein, (from a bulk supplier). Weight gainers, don't bother, just up your carbs.

you need to decide whether you want to cut or bulk first mate.

    Then sort your diet out

Then add supps to aid your goals and for convienience

Great advice. Everyone wants to get leaner and get more muscular but telling your body to "get smaller" and "get bigger" at the same time is a recipe for doing neither well. Picking a goal, focusing on that, then swapping goals, is much, much more effective.

Top advice from the other posts.

Decide whever you want to Bulk or Cut. If your not happy with your current BodyFat%, cut. Trying to both, (all tho could be possible for some, IMO (not here to debate, just my views) with decent Genetics, 110% dedeication to Diet, Cardio, and having the right meds on hand) will end up usley going wrong. So stick to one or the other.

With the supps qusetion. Make sure you got a decent Diet nailed first. Then, add in some Whey Protein and could try some fast acting Carbs, maltodexdrin, ect for PWO (after training) IMO, that's all you really need. Everything else should be up to scratch in your diet.

ye thats the question im asking myself since i started back training. I lost muscle content when out of training and want to get it back. I also put on body fat and i know if i clean bulk i will still be carrying the body fat. so i suppose i might just bulk to regain muscle nd live with the little fat around the mid section. ive been told though that you can build muscle while not gaining body fat by creating a an equal calorie exp. and in.

Well its different for every1, this has made me question all the dieting and all that, my mate started training about 2 years ago and he was eating what ever he wanted like mcd's chineese etc
now hes one of the leanest guys i ever seen, he put on a lot of muscle on and no fat.

But yh in your case i would go for a clean bulk adding extra calories, not worrying too much about fat
