Isn't that too much protein for keto? And the fats are too low? Generally, ketosis should be high fat, moderate protein. That might be a reason why you feel like ****.
Or do you have to hit those 1700 kcals? Seems to be very low for a 180lb guy..
I can't speak from my personal experience, because when I was in ketosis I didn't track my numbers.. but I would up the fat personally.
Also I was wondering, what happens if you reach the goal? If you start to add the carbs (and calories) back in, wouldn't you start to gain the weight again? Would you have to slowly reverse diet back up? (this is not a specific question for you, but a general one about extreme dieting)
