Sweat!!!

When i am squating i sweat buckets and whats sucks about this is when the sweat gets into your eyes ans stings like hell, so natural instinct is the rub your eyes but you can't because your halfway down (or up depending what prespective you have on life), so you have to go though the unbearable pain of sweat in your eyes and the pain of squats! hate it, may invest in a sweat band. lol

13.12 Stone, 5ft9.5:
1RM Dead 205kgs
1RM Bench 130kgs
1RM Smith Flat Bench 150kgs
1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.

Squats are lovely and in no way painful. Indeed they are one of life's great pleasures. Please rethink your entire outlook on life.

Heavier weights and lower reps, that way you are done with your set before the sweat reaches your eyes

I sweat sooooooooo much in the gym whilst weight training.

So much that after a heavy set, when I sit down to take a rest, drips get on the floor. Oh yeah, if Im doing shoulder press too, theres a sweat bit where my head was and theres sweat dripping down the seat lol.

I do take alot of eph before gym though.

I don't need to do this with weightlifting, but when I used to do kung fu when I was younger, I used to rub a line of vaseline above my eyebrows, it stops the sweat rolling into your eyes.

Dont even mention cardio, my t shirt gets drenched, proper! So much my shorts or joggers get wet. You can literally squeeze the t shirt and sweat will come off.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, you wernt at my gym were you? The very same thing happened last friday, friend was doing incline bench, as I leaned over to spot a few reps (i.e. just putting a finger from each hand under the bar for that mental push, which bloody works!), two drops of sweat from my face landed on his face ahahahaha lol.

I still remember his facial expression when splosh, the first drop landed and splosh, the second drop landed lol, HAHAHAHAHA man, that was funny!

Just had to kept saying sorry sorry for about 10 minutes to him.
