Sweet Chilli Prawns

Ok took this to work today and it was gorgeous....

Good helping of frozen Prawns (approx 4 handfulls - enough to cover the bottom of large wok)
Lemon Juice
Pack of Straight to Wok Noodles (2 sachets)
Pack of Sweet Chilli Sauce (found in Asda with the vegetable selection)
2 Spring Onion
1 heaped tblspn Chopped Corriander
Olive Oil

Stick the Prawns in the wok on a medium heat, splash with lemon juice and stir for approx 5 min. This will allow the Prawns to defrost and begin to cook.

Drain the water and continue to cook Prawns on i higher heat.

Add the 2 Spring Onions rough sliced.

Wait a minute then add the Corriander and Noodles.

Stir for approx 2-3 min then add the Sauce. Cook for a further minute or so then serve.

I left mine to go cold (refrigerated) and took it to work for lunch. Will serve 2 people
