Swimming for Cardio ?
I am currently doing swimming for cardio around 45-60min (at 7am) first thing in the morning (medium to slow pace).
I have whey protein as pre-workout and after swimming I am following a balance diet with 6-7 meals... 40/40/20
2 scoops whey
oatbix and a banana
yogurt with some wallnuts
Salad with chicken or pork
Sandwitch with turkey and light cheese
Whey + banana or blueberries
Salad and chicken or pork + rice or brown bread
at evening (6-7pm) I am hitting the weights 3-4x8reps per excercise with heavy weight.
need to loose around 8-10kg currently I am 103kg around 22% body fat
any suggestions ? cut the carbs? add treadmill for cardio maybe after weight training?
