Switching Biceo workout to another day

I do back and Biceps on a monday, and the routine is as follows:

Deadlift 3 x 8
Seated Row 3 x 8
Lat Pulldown3 x 8
DB Curls 3 x 8

Hoewver, after doing the first 3 exercies, my arms, particularly my forearms are pretty exhausted. I struggle to do the DB even with a ligh weight such as 8kg.

I was wondering should I do more bicep work on another training/cardio day?

My forearms be heavily pumped man and they feel like rock.

    Don't do them again on another day - simply eliminate them from your back work out and do them a few days later with chest or shoulders or tris.
