Switching From Cutting to Bulking Diet??
Last year I went a bit over board with my bulk and put on far too much fat! This year I want to limit the fat I gain so it will be easier to cut next year!
My stats are as follows
weight: 168 pounds
Height: 5 '6
Been lifting seriusly for about 3 years
I have an office job so im sitting down all day
My curent cutting diet looks like this.
6.00am - 30-40 minutes steady cardio
6.30am - 50g whey with water
7.30am - 4 egg whites 2 yolks,50 g of oats
10.15am - 75g of tuna with table spoon of olive oil, EFA seed mix Sprinkle with 1 multi grain ryvita
1.15pm - 200g chicken breast or 200g turkey breast....with watercress and spinach leaves and cucumber covered in olive oil with 2 ryvitas
3.30pm - 50g of oats in water
4.00pm - half chicken breast or tin of tuna
5.45pm - 45 minutes TRAIN (Weights)
6.30pm - 2 scoops of ON's Whey with water
7.30pm - 200g turkey breast with 50 grams of brown rice and green veg
10.30pm - bed time - whey in water with peanut butter and 2 desert spoons of quark
What would you do to this diet to convert it into a bulking diet!
