Ok mate, great to have you doing a journal!

You're leagues ahead of me, but I would cosider that 4 sets of progressive squats probably isn't enough? Assuming your max is 250kg, you are essentially only doing one set within 80% of your max.

Just a thought, I do like to train with low volume myself, but feel that sometimes higher volume (i.e. 3x10 same weight) is benefical.

Thanks for the advice, might add another set in next week.

I know i can go heavyer but i dont want to damage my knees and didnt want too much volume on low carb but i felt fine and dont feel it now so will see what next weeks session brings

160x10, great lifting, must be good for 200 unequipped?

You going to compete in PL or Strongman anytime soon? You would do very well in the BPC raw bench division (or full power for that matter).
