Synthetine and Syntheselen log

Hey all! Just wanted to log my Synthetine (l-carnitine) and Syntheselen (~kynoselen) experience.
Let me know if anyone has had experience or any tips.

Day 1:
I injected 2ml Synthetine and 2ml Syntheselen in my right quad in the afternoon with a 25 guage needle. I mixed them into one syringe. (Didn't expect the hot pink coloured liquid from the Syntheselen.)

Based on the reading material/research, I preceded the shot with a blended drink containing about 60g of maltodextrin (for the insulin spike since I won't be injecting insulin).

Just for information, I've been training around 7 years and have never used any injectables.
Just as some people have reported (and others not at all), my quad freakin hurt! Felt the same as a day following an intense leg workout. Nothing new, but not what I expected.

    Day 2:
I injected the same (2ml 'tine & 2ml 'selen) in the morning in my right quad. I must've nicked or passed through a vein (not injected into) because when I withdrew the needle, it bled for a few minutes and the muscle pain was much more painful than the previous injection and actually felt like a muscle pull.

I injected 2ml + 2ml again after dinner in the left quad. Normal muscle pain.

    Day 3:
I did 4ml total in the left quad again and got the same pain (still feel it in both legs).
Then for my evening shot I did my deltoid (because I would be doing legs the following day), and wow!-- no pain.

Anyone know why this could be?

In regard to performance, I feel like I sweated a lot/easily despite the gym being freezing.

    Day 4:
Pinning in delts made such a huge difference! Going to stick to that...twice a day...8ml total lol.

Anyone know what could have caused the quad pain (still have it)?
I'm using 1inch needles. Too short?

    First week recap:
Everything has been alright. Getting used to the frequent injections, and much more comfortable with the delts, glutes and lats.

I weighed myself and I'm still around 99kg. My workouts are strong, but frankly can't notice a difference in physique/performance at the moment.
I do notice that I sweat easily despite the cold weather.

Localized pip is strictly individual...With you the delt is smoother with the shots then the quads, for me it's the opposite...All depends on the volume one area can handle versus the other?! I have always used quads for most of my shots and that muscle group has taken a lot more volume and has a higher pip tolerance then any other area for me.....

    Thanks for the insight kawasaki.
I think I've found some spots that work well for me. Their positioning though makes it tricky to aspirate.
By the way, do you have experience with these Synth products?

The main difference you're going to notice for the first week or so is going to be the sweating...I have a friend running this same log on another board and is some months in now...His diet and training are on point and if you look at the before and after pics it appears he's made some great changes but by the scale he is right back where he started?!

What I've always noticed within the first couple of weeks of running this combo, is the major sweating and an increase in energy/endurance...Make sure to keep your diet and training on point and you should be seeing changes in your appearance within a few weeks!

Yes, I've been using Synthetek products for years now...Have run Syntherol on bis and tris, Synthetine/Syntheselen combo, and always use Synthepure and Synthergine...Any company that offers a double your money back guarantee on their products is worth using because you don't see any other supp companies making those types of statements, standing behind their products!

Btw, here are a couple of logs that friends of mine have run:

    Thanks for the links.
Ha yes, the sweating is noticeable (even though I already perspire easily).
One thing I couldn't find a decent straight answer on is the use of carbs/insulin (for the carnitine uptake).
I have been drinking 50-100g of maltodextrin right before I pin.
Did you use either method, and do you think it's worth it?

This question has been asked many times and received many different answers...For me, I didn't over-think it that much and just kept everything tight and on point...Others really get into it in regards to the spike...Maybe one of the two in those threads above touched more on that though, I don't remember?!
