T3 and Test Advice needed.
Firstly, thanks to all the contributions on here I have learnt a great deal....
I am just about to start my first T3 cycle and despite hours of research and reading all 27 pages of the sticky post plus more I could really do with the reassurance that my proposal is OK given that it is not a substance to be taken lightly.
I am 45 years old currently 185lb bf around 13% and am currently eating high protein low carb diet which puts me in a 600 cal deficit. I weight train 3 times a week (full body routine) and do HIIT for cardio 2-3 times per week. I have to date lost 80lbs naturally and have only ever done ECA and 3 cycles of 2wk on 2wk off clen, not touched AAS or T3. Anyway I have hit a plateau and after plenty of research have decided that a T3 cycle may help me with the last push.
Anyway hours of reading tells me that Oral support is unlikely to prevent a catabolic state and what with liver toxicity, Cholestrol issues etc winny or similar doesnt seem to be the way to go so what I am thinking is:
The 8 week T3 cycle tapering up and down as in the sticky post.
500mg Test Enanth or Cyp each week for eight weeks.
Nolva and clomid for PCT.
I have not got all the components yet and I realise the importance of having enough to complete the cycle from the get go.
Anyway, my questions are:
Does this seem OK?
Would you add or change anything?
Should I start the Test from day 1?
Do i need Nolva during the cycle?
I have done my best to answer the many questions I had by reading rather than being lazy but I would appreciate any input as I am aware of the consequences of getting it wrong!
