T3 - whether to use on cutting cycle or not.
Just wanting to have your opinion on this cutting cycle. I'm a bit confused how to sort this out, so any advice would be great.
I'm 27, 5'7, 204 pounds and about 16-17% body fat. This will be my fourth cycle. I have with me 20ml test prop, and 40 x 250mg Omnadren. I'm looking to do a 14 week cutting cycle, hopefully loose about 10-12% body fat, with 2 weeks on and off Clen throughout the 14 weeks, ECA on the 2 weeks off from the Clen and 50mg T3 running throughout the cycle, depending on how much muscle is being retained.
This is where my confusion lies. Ideally, I was looking to stay around 500mg of test, 600mg tops. I get quite bad acne on anything higher than that. I realise Omnas take about 4 weeks to properly kick in, and with using T3 i'm worried about losing muscle So these are the options I thought about -
1. Start off with 250mg Omna a week and 50mg test prop ED for four weeks, then use 500mg Omna for the rest of the cycle, and use 50mg T3 throughout.
2. Stick with 500mg Omna only throughout all the cycle, and start the 50mg T3 around the 4th week mark.
Which one would be better? Or if anyone has a better way of doing this I'm open to any advice.
Training wise, I'll be doing 3 days of Total Body, and 3 days of cardio, split up into 2 x 45 minute steady pace cardio. My maintainance calories are around 2995, so Ill be taking in 2700 calories on my weight days, 2150 on my cardio days. On Sunday I'll be taking in 2600 calories, and health one healthy cheat meal. Protein will be at 330g everyday, carbs will be around 220g on weight days, and under 100g on cardio days.
