Chest + Triceps
10.30am
School weights room

5x5 Dips (leaning forward elbows flared out)
These absolutely knackered my tri's + chest first time i had done them.
Skullcrushers

Wasnt sure how much weight i could lift here

Planned on doing more chest work but after the dips i could only manage one set on the bench and chest just felt wiped out.

My weight has been increasing DMPM but i dont use this as a reliable guide due to some fat deposition since i started training, so difficult to say how much is lean gain.
This should be solved with the addition of HIIT and a "cleaning" up of my diet - have a look at my thread, "Too much protein + too little carbs" going to cut out some of the fat and increase wholegrain carbs.
Ive been taking measurements though and so far have added about an inch to all body parts since july, people have also noticed i have got "bigger" especially on arms. so i feel definite progress is being made.
I am going to start doing BF% soon as a more scientific reading of my progress.
My routine has also improved as ive gone along; it was quite patchy to start with put its solid now.

HIIT session; School Gym 1st time

15 minutes rowing machine

Changing the split slightly (Cheers Knighty!)

Back + Biceps (mon)

Deads 5x5
Close Grip Chins 3x5 (building strength here)
Bent Over Rows 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8

Chest + Shoulders (weds)

Dips 5x5
Incline Bench 3x8
Standing Dumbell Press 5x5

Legs + Abs

Squats 5x5
SLDL's 3x8
Calf Raises 3x8
Weighted Crunches 3x8
VKR 3 x 15

Shoulders used to be split with legs but ive missed two workouts due to awful DOMS from dips on wednesday so i feel this is a better plan.
Looking more like FrankieNY's routine every day! :p

Reckon theres enough volume on chest?

Diet has been pretty much the same except for a few treats - maynards sour pastilles and a choccy muffin. Just found some B + J phish food in the freezer mmmmmmmmmmm.
