Casein Shake/1/2 MRP + Milk

something like that mate, not sure of Pro, carbs, fat g's to be honest, dont count but deffo 200g+ Protein, and Carbs around 50g ish for most meals.

Cheated with some Ben and Jerrys and also some nuts.
Had a beer and a slice of pizza on thursday as well.


Saturday

Boxing and Skipping intervals with my rubbish skipping rope.
