Ive had two weeks off just havent been motivated and had lots of deadlines but now im back in business.

Ive decided to go for a full 5x5 routine as well.

Back + Biceps (kgs)

Deadlifts
70 2x5 100 3x5
Close Grip Chins @ bodyweight
1x5 1x5 1x5 1x4 1x4

Good workout, done in school gym.

Grip gave out on deadlifts though, need some grip work to sort this.

Bit of a update. Half term so diet has been a little slack, no leg training on friday legs were battered from HIIT on thursday. Got a week membership at a private health club, disappointing gym when i trained yesterday.

Chin-Ups 1x8 1x6 1x5
Lat Pulldowns 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8
Weighted Crunches 3x12

Not a good workout....very hungover from the night before but still mamnaged good form and reasonable weights...

Needs some work mate. Basically no protein from 7:30 to 1:00. Throw some tuna or something in with that toast at 11:30.

Thanks for the input DMPM.

That was one days nutrition, which doesnt give a general picture but you have picked up on a flaw in my diet.

Im at school at the time so its hard to fit a good meal in (the toast comes from the school canteen),the rest is high-fat junk like pasties or white bread sandwiches.

Ive started making some bigfella protein bars, so these should fit the gap i think when im at school.

Can you not make a few tuna sandwiches on some wholemeal bread and take them to school. Only take you a few minutes and very cheap.

DMPM; i cant stand tuna!

What im going to do is; get rid of the granary toast with peanut butter for breakfast, put some oats back in instead, take a granary chicken sandwich to school for morning break. I just wanted to avoid bread three times in a row, i.e. breakfast, snack, lunch.

Thanks for the input DMPM looking back on the diet ive become a little complacent, il tighten it up a little and up the fruit!!!
