Definitely. I struggled to close the COC#1 before and now I can close it and hold it piece of piss.

Not due really to the wrist curls (just did them to gauge how much stronger I was than before) more so to the fact I now work in a tile shop - lots of heavy lifting hell of a lot of stress on the wrists indeed!

I only do wrist curls everynow and again.....

----Sunday----

-Got a scaffolding pole last night but its not only 6ft so its not quite big enough for my power rack.

-Taking creatine mainly for recovery at 2 x 5g a day in orange juice.

---Week Review----

-Good week I think weights up on barbell bench, standing press, dumbell rows - really getting back into training after my absense when i injured my back. Looking forward to re-introducing squats tomorrow into my training.

-I have still had persistant headaches this week, it may be due to muscular tension in my neck so i am having some physio to see if this resolves the problem.

-Diet has been pretty good plenty of protein but still too much junk food - I need to cut this down.

-Loving the grip training at the moment and looking forward to doing some thick bar work as well.
