Great stuff Deano, i think around 2000cals is fine for you mate, your feeding the lean bodymass, not the excess timber, it will work no trouble. Good luck with the IF again, i do a version of it with the 5 2 diet i do, best long term diet i have ever followed.

Feels so good to be back in the groove again. Slowly getting my strength back.

I agree IF really works, and works well for me. It's the only way I have found that I am religiously strict with.

That's a big pressing session mate, 100kg + coming on the bench must be in touching distance again after that lot 😃

Cheers Dave, Kian, Ad

The 90 going was a surprise if I'm honest as 80 was hard work last week but it flew up, TNG but I'll take that. The shoulder impingement seems to have done one for now and only an ever so slight ache can be felt.

Prior to Surgery I had 100 for a comfortable 2, getting back to that and I can push on at last.

Has anyone else got mates who have had a little Herba-life Weight-loss and then have become fully self appointed weight-loss and fitness gurus. Fkn scary these 2 I know have admittedly done well from the program but are now 'Official Representatives' giving out Nutrition and Fitness advice..I'm like WTF!!!!!

Do they have any official qualifications to show they're legit dieticians or nutritionists? These kind of helmets infuriate me, giving out biased advice to sell liquid sh1t. Herba-sh1te mate!

Treadmill: 2.69km - 23mins @ 7kph
Hill Climb Cross Trainer: 1.43km - 20mins
Bike: 7.46km - 20mins @ Level 5
Total Cals: Approx 800

Increased the tempo  for that lot, slowly getting my speed up. Sprinted for the last minute of the run and my foot held up well with no feelings of undue stress going through it which is very good.

Food today:

70gr Oats SS Milk
Whole Chicken Breast & Salad Sarnie
4 small pieces of fruit
5 egg Omelette with cheese and ham
4 eggs Scrambled

Going to treat myself to a bottle or two of freezing cold lager tonight.

None at all. She was offering 'wellness and fitness' advice this morning. They've only been on 'Herbalife' for 4 months themselves.

I know about 4 people who are completely unqualified to give such advice. Scary.
