Some lovely pressing there bud. My poor old dog was just curled on my lap and let her sleep on bed as she was shaking like a leaf.
Read that swimmers tongue had partially dissolved from the saltwater!

Been on the Naproxen for a week and there is a definate improvement in the hip, it's still sore during the night, but the pain isn't as acute. It's not a cure but it's something.
 
Not sure I'll be that lucky to get time after work to go again tonight, we shall see. Love you all x

It seems to be working mate, it's still not 100% but boy is there a difference. The pain is nowhere near as sharp during the night.

What’s your best OH squat? Such a challenging movement! Shoes you got some good mobility behind you !



42.5kgs I believe mate. I'm going to add weight very gradually, and build them up to hopefully 50kg+. My mobility isn't too bad and I go very deep in the hole. I love them, and they are very humbling for sure.

Smashing session there. This overhead squat is interesting me... Do you keep arms locked out when squatting or squat up and then press bar? Looks a fun movement.

I am yet to try OH squat. My rack and garage roof isn't high enough though so would need to do them outdoors.
