No aggro at all from training mate, nothing even from the OH Squats the other day. It's always much worse at night, I'll get the GP to earn his wonga and get a proper diagnosis.

Is it something that is constantly there, or just comes and goes as it pleases?

It's not usually too bad during the day when I'm moving about, but it can have it's moments. The nights are the worst, in fact they're pretty bloody awful most of the time. Sat at my desk now, I can feel it, but it's masked by the painkillers.

I know I'm way behind on the journals etc, but other than the pain killers, is there anything you can do to help? Stretching, massage etc etc?

It eases off after I've been up and mobile during the mornings, so that movement in itself helps. I do do stretching and shizzle but the night is when the bad man comes.

I can travel mate, and wouldn't take up much room in the bed. What's the postcode?

Cracking cardio bud. Great rowing too especially after all that work.. I remember it took me ages to crack that 10min 2k but when I started looking into it and the science behind rowing, it was because I was going out full wack straight off the bat and then dying towards the end.. I started planning the rows and pacing each 100m and I dropped 2min from my PB virtually instantly.

Thanks brother. The last 100m were so tough and I could have cried if I hadn't had got under 10min. That 7 100's looked so sweet...lol

I usually go off on a moderate pace, and then pick it up half way through, slow down and then the last 300m go for it. I'll look at approaching it better and bring that time down.

Cracking work mate! How's the hip now?

Have you considered joining me on the back bad brigade and just doing upper body for six months?

Might help the back out too?
