Meant to ask you mate... I seem to recall you doing a dbol only cycle some time ago?
 
What lab did you do and how do you rate it? How do you think a dbol only cycle compares to test? Would you do it again now you are on test?




I had some pretty good gainz tbh mate, no issues with it. I much prefere TEST tho, I'm re-starting to BLAST at the weekend.

Hip being a twat last couple of nights, but finally I think, my flu/virus is on it's last legs, so winning on that front at least.

Yes mate, and stretching, although not as regular as it should be to be honest. That is changing, also got some bands for stretching and warming up now which I really enjoy using.

Had about 10hrs broken sleep in 2 days, but oddly, not feeling too bad. Pre-Xmas I would have been looking at excuses to not train, but I'm really looking forward to this evening's session.

Yea, broken sleep is a persistent issue mate, and the past 2 days have been particulary bad. Fingers crossed I get a good one tonight.

Holy Rep Batman!

It will be interesting to see how those rep ranges treat you. I think we all get too hung up on 6-12 reps (obviously the strongman dudes go lower) and don't venture out of the comfort zone.
I bet you respond very well to that stimulation at least for a limited time.

Be great to see those measurements tick down month on month.

The high reps are pretty ok just now, be instresting to see how they are when the weights start creeping up
